Essential oil was introduced to my life. There are a learning curve to learn how to use the oil and what oils to use. Now the oil is part of my everyday rituals. I do not part with them. I carry them with me every where I go.

My story
I have been using essential oil for emotional support. When my father was dying, I reached out to a friend who is experienced with essential oil and how to better support my father. It was a distressful period yet I feel so held and supported during that time.
